The Blue Brick Theatre, in accordance with Pennsylvania State law, allows audience members over the age of 21 to bring up to one (1) six-pack or one (1) bottle of wine to a show.

You—the audience

May bring up to 1 six-pack of beer or 1 bottle of wine (per person).

Must be 21 years or older and must provide valid photo ID upon request.

May not share a poured beverage with anyone under age.

May bring a cooler, as long as it is small enough to fit under your chair.

May bring plastic cups only.

Must agree to all BYOB policies.

We—Happy Valley Improv, LLC and The Blue Brick Theatre

Will ask you and your party to leave the premises if you become a disturbance to others.

Will eject you and your party if you attempt to share alcohol with any minor.

Do not offer cups, ice, or any means of openers.

Not Permitted:

Unchecked alcohol, including flasks.

Liquor of any kind.

Arguing, discussing, or debating with us about Happy Valley Improv’s BYOB policies.

Happy Valley Improv, LLC and the Blue Brick Theatre:

Reserve the right to inspect all packages at the door.

Will confiscate any alcohol not within our guidelines.

Will dispose of any alcohol left behind at the close of business – no exceptions.
